Lakshya Institute of Technology (LIT), Bhubaneswar, established in 2016 by Prof. Susant K. Rout, is dedicated to bridging academics and industry. Affiliated with Utkal University, LIT offers +3 degree programs in Computer Science, BCA, ITM, and Data Science, along with a Higher Secondary School and LIT Training for advanced skill development—providing students a strong academic foundation and career-focused education.

About Our Academic System

Lakshya Institute of Technology delivers a career-focused academic model that goes beyond the Utkal University curriculum. Alongside degree studies, students receive structured training in communication, quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, personality development, and professional ethics. Our parallel skill tracks in Web Technology, Data Analytics, AI, and Full-Stack Development ensure practical expertise and industry readiness. Guided by experienced mentors under the leadership of author and educator Susant K. Rout, this integrated approach has helped students secure placements in top MNCs such as Wipro, TCS, Deloitte, and Cognizant, transforming education into employability.

PPT – At Lakshya Institute of Technology, we provide pre-placement training through PPT sessions covering quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and English to help students prepare effectively for MNC written tests.

Tech/PI – At Lakshya Institute of Technology, we prepare students for MNC second-round interviews through expert-led training in communication, personal interviews, technical skills, and monthly mock interviews to boost confidence and ensure placement success.

Skill Development: At Lakshya Institute of Technology, alongside university courses, students gain skills progressively: website development using coding, templates, and AI in the first semester; UI/UX and digital marketing in the second; data analytics in the third; and full-stack development in the fourth, ensuring industry-ready expertise.

Internship-At Lakshya Institute of Technology, students secure internships with leading startups through strong technical skills, project experience, and communication training. Many third-year students earn stipends of ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, reflecting their industry readiness. These internships provide valuable real-world exposure, enhance confidence, and strengthen professional skills. With this practical experience, students become well prepared to apply for career opportunities in top MNCs such as TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Deloitte, paving the way for successful professional careers.
