• Everyday programming assignments are given to students by the Chairman himself in order to help them improve their writing and typing skills.
• Pre-placement training begins in the very first year and continues till the campus drive is complete in all respects.

• Specific skill development classes taught by industry professionals, make the skill set of our students are the most praiseworthy features of our college.
• All topics / lessons are digitized. The use of an LED projector and a digital board which are special features for students to attend live classes with a laptop in hand.
• Internal examination, assessment test, VST, and semester examinations are all part of a rigorous academic process in LIT.
• Class attendance is made mandatory and planned absence / leave are allowed with permissions from parents / guardians.
• Organizing activities such as orientation, fresher's party, annual function, C-Marathon, farewell party, and alumni meet etc. Forms part of extra-curricular activities towards developing the overall personality of students.
• Participating in extracurricular activities with students on special events such as Diwali, Holi, X-Mas Day, New Year's Eve, Ganesh Puja, Saraswati Puja, Republic Day, Independence Day, and so on.
• We have our own online attendance and examination portal, which is used for ensuring attendance and conducting online examinations.
